Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality standards and adhere to safety protocols during handling and storage.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe by performing routine cleaning duties and reporting hazards.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks, verify shipments against bills of lading, and manage returns.
Qualifications
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory counting.
- Communication: Ability to read and understand basic English instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for scanning and inventory checks.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
