Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, move, and store materials within the warehouse and to and from vehicles or shipping docks.
- Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and stage merchandise at the warehouse receiving dock; perform inventory checks.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict adherence to OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Record Keeping: Update and maintain accurate logs of stock movements and damaged goods.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not required; we provide training.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation and be available for full-time shifts.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
