Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient workflow.
- Remote Coordination: Communicate effectively with remote supervisors and team leads regarding daily targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is required for some driving tasks.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
