Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and reach forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Ensure all cargo is handled with care to prevent damage.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of forklift equipment and work area.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Follow strict OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of previous forklift experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including overtime.
