Responsibilities
- Select, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Sort, label, and stage inventory according to established warehouse protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
