Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems, cycle counts, and stock accuracy to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and ensure compliance with all warehouse regulations
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including dock scheduling and carrier relationships
- Implement process improvements using Lean methodologies to boost efficiency by 20%+
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and forklift fleet operations
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports and KPI dashboards
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- OSHA 30-Hour certification and forklift operation credentials required
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management software
- Proven track record in reducing operational costs and improving throughput
- Strong leadership skills with experience in cross-functional team building
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling experience a plus
