Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure efficient order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum productivity
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Generate daily reports on productivity, safety metrics, and inventory status
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless shipping/receiving operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- OSHA safety training certification
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
