Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Optimize warehouse processes using WMS systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct regular audits and report on KPIs including inventory accuracy and productivity metrics
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure seamless transportation and distribution
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervision experience in logistics or distribution
- Proficiency with WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
- Forklift certification and experience with warehouse automation
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred
