Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods
- Manage and train 15+ warehouse staff on safety protocols and productivity standards
- Implement OSHA compliance measures and maintain a safe work environment
- Optimize inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics/supply chain
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
