Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety compliance
- Implement inventory control procedures using WMS systems
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for inventory audits
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and workplace cleanliness standards

Qualifications
- No warehouse experience required – full training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong leadership potential and team management aptitude
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
