Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15-20 warehouse associates to meet productivity targets
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance protocols and safety procedures
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency and cost reduction
- Manage inventory control systems, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with logistics, procurement, and transportation teams
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Proven track record in inventory control and supply chain optimization
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management training
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and MS Office Suite
- Strong leadership skills with ability to develop high-performing teams
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
