Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage, mentor, and schedule warehouse staff to ensure optimal productivity and workflow.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies using WMS software.
- Train new employees on safety procedures, equipment operation, and company policies.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of outbound shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory or operations role.
- Certified Forklift Operator (valid license required).
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management software (WMS).
- Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
