Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates, ensuring performance targets are met
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry regulations
- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS software to reduce errors and improve efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely delivery schedules
- Conduct regular audits and reports on operational KPIs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management software
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
