Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee inventory control, receiving, and shipping processes
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance documentation
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with logistics team
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and safety audits
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of lean inventory management principles
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- High school diploma; Associate's degree preferred
- Valid Kansas driver's license
