Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing lists and warehouse procedures
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Organize and maintain clean, orderly workstations and inventory storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
