Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately retrieve products from shelves and pack them into boxes for shipment using standard packing materials.
- Inventory Management: Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to update inventory levels in real-time.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards before shipping.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Follow all OSHA safety regulations, keep work areas clean and organized, and report hazards immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Customer Satisfaction: Handle customer orders with the utmost care to ensure a positive unboxing experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily and weekly production goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods (8-10 hours) and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order correctness.
- Flexibility: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable learning how to use handheld scanners and basic warehouse software.
- Work History: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
