Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and adheres to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
