Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using industrial equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Verify and inspect incoming goods for accuracy, damage, and completeness against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and ship products accurately to meet customer delivery deadlines.
- Manage inventory levels using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with cycle counts and stock reconciliation as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn Warehouse Management Software (WMS).
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and teamwork.
- Valid driver's license (optional depending on role specifics).
