Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control through accurate scanning, counting, and documentation
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
