Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Unload and sort incoming shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts/pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
