Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily targets
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain organized stock rotation
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks using proper techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
