Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and ensure accurate inventory levels to meet daily targets.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company and customer standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area at all times.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing cargo.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Flexibility to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Background Check: No background check required for this immediate hire position (Drug screen may be required).
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in a fast-paced environment.
