Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory within strict temperature-controlled zones.
- Perform daily quality checks to ensure product integrity and freshness.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Package and label items accurately for shipping and distribution.
- Assist in inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in cold storage environments (temperatures below 40°F).
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and labeling.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
