Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and speed.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specific guidelines and priorities.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational workflow is uninterrupted.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
