Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks and trailers in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Communication: Ability to read and understand basic English instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
