Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control through systematic receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors) safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse spaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and productivity
- Conduct quality inspections on incoming/outgoing goods
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends as needed
