Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and process incoming shipments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using various equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and performance goals.
- Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring cargo integrity during transit.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move items up to 49 pounds; willingness to lift heavier items with team assistance.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Willingness to work in various temperature-controlled environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
