Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify documentation
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain organized inventory storage systems and conduct cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Assist with inventory reconciliation and warehouse audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
