Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify inventory counts
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in varied conditions
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to Arlington facility
