Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and process inbound/outbound shipments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks with precision and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using our WMS system
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams for daily KPI achievement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- OSHA forklift certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
