About the Role: As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring accurate inventory flow and seamless logistics. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments and value teamwork and precision.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and verify incoming shipments
- Pick and pack orders with 99%+ accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory in our WMS system
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends as needed)
