Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy standards
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse zones per OSHA guidelines
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks after proper certification training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits monthly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and equipment maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Spanish bilingual a plus
