Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure workflows are optimized for maximum efficiency.
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse associates, conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and OSHA compliance to maintain a secure work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely processing and shipment of goods.
- Implement and maintain quality control standards for all incoming and outgoing products.
- Handle conflict resolution and schedule shifts to ensure adequate staffing coverage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a related logistics role.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve high performance targets.
- Forklift certification and valid driver's license.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
