Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack orders with precision and efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Support quality control initiatives and process improvements
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and organizing warehouse zones
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Stamina for 8-10 hour shifts with frequent standing/walking
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid government-issued ID required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
