Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Load/unload trucks following FIFO protocols
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety procedures
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Complete accurate documentation of daily activities
Qualifications
- No prior cold storage experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work in sub-zero temperatures (0°F to -20°F)
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to our Tampa facility
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Team player with strong communication skills
