Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates with performance management
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and 5S methodologies
- Optimize inventory management systems for accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues to management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team development skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
