Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using WMS systems
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for same-day shipping
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision
- Maintain organized and safe warehouse environment through 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily performance targets
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification for powered equipment operation or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
