Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Optimize warehouse layout through strategic pallet stacking and space utilization
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for timely customer fulfillment
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely following OSHA guidelines
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Participate in monthly cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
