Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store inventory using WMS systems
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and comply with safety protocols
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Support shipping/receiving processes and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and WMS experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Ability to work in a climate-controlled environment
