Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse staff and logistics personnel.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and conduct cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Implement and strictly enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to streamline supply chain processes.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and handle conflict resolution within the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and WMS systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
