Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, verify, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with zero tolerance for errors
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Assist with warehouse cleaning and equipment maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including weekends)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
