Responsibilities
- Accurately process, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in real-time
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Support receiving and putaway processes for incoming shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
