We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in San Jose, California. In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain operations, ensuring that our inventory is managed efficiently and our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and stock adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
