Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and stock inventory in our climate-controlled facility
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for timely shipment
- Operate powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow OSHA safety protocols
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid state ID and clean background check
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Team player with positive attitude
