Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet delivery targets.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to all guidelines.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads and coworkers to achieve daily productivity goals.
- Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and stand/walk for long periods of time.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn handheld device technology quickly.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
