Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from trailers, pallets, and shelves using scanners and equipment.
- Sort, pack, and organize inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (such as forklifts and pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Use handheld scanners (RF devices) to track inventory and update systems in real-time.
- Adhere to strict productivity goals and quality standards set by management.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods (up to 10+ hours).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and work instructions.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks, outdoor areas).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
