Responsibilities
- Operate Amazon-provided warehouse equipment including scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts
- Process inbound and outbound inventory with precision using provided scanning tools
- Maintain organized workstations and safety protocols with provided protective gear
- Meet productivity targets while utilizing Amazon's digital task management systems
- Collaborate with team members using Amazon-provided communication devices
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives with provided training resources
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with Amazon-provided ergonomic support
- Basic computer literacy for using Amazon's provided handheld scanners
- Ability to lift 50 lbs with Amazon-provided safety equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Pass background check with Amazon-provided documentation support
- Reliable transportation to Richmond facility
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays
