Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to move inventory.
- Scan, pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors before processing.
- Keep work areas organized and clean to ensure maximum productivity.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance goals and targets.
- Perform light maintenance on equipment and report malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in various temperatures (hot/cold) and weather conditions.
- Basic English reading and writing skills for scanning and safety compliance.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
