Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and pallets into designated cold storage areas.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and record incoming and outgoing inventory using warehouse management systems.
- Cold Chain Integrity: Monitor temperature logs and ensure products are stored within safe temperature ranges.
- Palletizing: Stack and organize products neatly to maximize storage space and ensure safety.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Temperature Tolerance: Comfortable working in temperatures ranging from 30°F to 40°F.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or cold storage environment is preferred but not required.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check.
