Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks) as required by training.
- Ensure workstations and aisles are clean, organized, and adhere to safety standards.
- Scan and track inventory using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing packages.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks, outdoor areas).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
